This honor is given to attorneys who have served their communities in a senior position with significant decision-making authority.

John Block, Missouri lawyers media’s managing editor, sat down with his team of legal experts and a panel of judges to discuss the ICON Awards. To be considered for one of the prestigious honors, a nominee must be over 60 and have worked in senior management. The judges then narrowed down the field to five finalists from among those who met the qualifications.
