  1. Bank of America allowed someone to transfer money from my account. I called because they sent me email if I was transferring my money to another account to call if it was not me which I did and the following day they allowed it to be transferred that was November 15 I called and on the 16 it was in someone else account . I have been calling them at least 5 time to get it resolved but I get the runaround and recently they send a letter the my claim was denied. I’m 76 year woman and that money was helping with my livelihood. I’m sick of there lies and BS. I need help !

  2. Bank of America pulled the money from Venmo after it was recv’d and sent to intended person and told me Venmo returned for no payment., then still left me with a negative balance. I called venmo they said there is never a return for non payment, they don’t release they don’t release the payment to recipient until the money is physical in the Venmo account. It was all more of Bank of America’s shady business practices and now they want me to pay if, good luck with that one!!! I was a customer for 22 years.
